For the convenience of you, our patrons, we have the following policies in place in order to make sure that you get the best possible music experience at our concerts:

• All latecomers will be seated during appropriate pauses in the performance as a courtesy to other patrons.
• Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to Festival performances. 
  
• Please turn off all cell phones and refrain from talking.
• Cameras, video cameras, and other recording devices are not permitted without prior permission.
• Except for service animals (as described under the Americans with Disabilities Act), are prohibited from the theater.  Should a service animal be disruptive, staff will offer to care for the animal outside of the theater while the patron enjoys the concert. 
  
• The Festival staff reserve the right to remove and possibly deny admittance to persons deemed disruptive or abusive.
